I’ll never forget something Emily said to me: “When you’re serious, give me a call.” I’ve heard that statement reverberate in my brain several times since then. Being serious doesn’t need to feel serious. It needs to feel like you’re alive. You need to listen to your gut and trust your instincts. Through her words and our many tear-filled conversations, Emily shed light on the darkest corners of my heart. She helped me realize the only thing blocking myself was me.

The universe has showed me time and time again that working with Emily was the best thing I could have done for myself. I’ve met the love of my life, I’ve run my first half marathon and am training for a full, and have recognized massive amounts of emotional growth. Emily showed me that I had the power, strength, and courage to make this change. Power to choose ME. Strength to choose me EVERYDAY. And the courage to LOVINGLY choose me everyday.

I will never be able to thank her enough.
